Our farming practice stems from respect for the land and animals, with a sustainable and natural approach guiding every decision.

Our farm has over 9,000 free-range hens, free to roam outdoors and fed select, natural feed. This model of animal welfare is reflected in the quality of our eggs, which are authentic and rich in flavor, and are now distributed throughout Italy in the finest shops and supermarkets.

Alongside the livestock, our vegetable garden, olive trees, and fruit trees complete a harmonious agricultural ecosystem. From the land, we harvest seasonal vegetables, fragrant fruits, and an extra virgin olive oil that brings the essence of our region to the table. All our products are used in the farmhouse kitchen, offering guests an authentic experience, where every dish tells a story of passion, respect, and tradition.
