Three generations, one land. A dream that continues.

Hi, I'm Lilith and I run this wonderful business.

Agritria was founded in the 1970s, when my father—originally from Taranto and in love with the Apulian countryside—purchased these 11 hectares of wild land among the olive groves of Ostuni.
Back then, there was nothing, just nature. With patience and passion, he built our house, dug wells for water, built a 25-meter swimming pool, a guest villa, and even a tennis court.

In the 1990s, she left Milan permanently to move here, starting a new adventure: a farm for laying hens, free to roam outdoors in complete safety. Thanks to a protective system of walls, netting, and an electric fence, our hens live freely and protected, adhering to principles of animal welfare and respect for nature.

Today, this place that was a family dream has become a living and welcoming reality.
Three generations have grown up among these fields: me as a child, then my children... and now my grandson.
With the same love as then, we continue my father's project: an authentic agriturismo, surrounded by greenery, where the farm, hospitality, good food, nature, and simplicity coexist.

Our eggs, the fruit of respectful and meticulous work, are now distributed in Puglia's major supermarkets. But the heart of Agritria remains here, among the dry-stone walls, the song of the cicadas, and the scent of the earth.
