A cuisine that speaks of our land
The Agritria restaurant is born from our farm and the Apulian tradition.
We grow vegetables, greens, and olive trees, and raise free-range chickens and other animals in a respectful and healthy environment.
Each dish highlights seasonal, local, and authentic ingredients, but above all, Apulian tradition.

Every Friday and Saturday evening in the summer, with dinner under the stars by the pool

Appetizers: Frittata, local cured meats and cheeses, Apulian cialledda, olives, marinated zucchini, bruschetta
Mixed grill: Bombette, sausage, chicken wings, livers
Side dish: Baked potatoes
Fruit: Watermelon
